Its a WOW – Again from a new customer

WowEveryone always gets on high when we complete some work/task and just walk off with pride. Ok, the pride of completing the work is one part, the completion of the pride happens only when it is used and utilized.

BPartner Solution was claiming, it’s the most sophisticated POS solution yet simple to use for any retailers. It was in papers, pamphlets, blogs and website for all these days. We did our level best to bring out a simple, easy, production POS solution in the market and delivered it.

Then the question of measuring the success was always at the back of our mind and we could not get the exact feedback on this particular area until we got the below feedback.

WOW – Again

Just few days (7th Feb 2014) ago we installed our POS solution in Chennai and did our preliminary checks for a demo / training to the customer and their counter staffs.  The demo and training was planned today (Monday 10th Feb 2014), When we called up the customer to fix an appointment for the training session, we couldn’t believe that the software has already taken over the business and the counter staffs have already started using the system for day-to-day activities starting from Feb 8th 2014 morning.

The exact words of customer

Yes, now BPartner system takes the complete pride for delivering a simple and user friendly POS solution and this will be the benchmark for further development.

We don’t want customer calling us and saying  “Relax POS” is the good solution to work with and we don’t want to hear it at all. All we need to hear is “ Relax POS” is
